''Soon'' is a rock opera with music by Joseph M. Kookoolis and Scott Fagan, lyrics by Fagan, and a book by Scott Fagan and Joe Kookoolis and Robert Greenwald. It is based on a story by Fagan and Kookoolis. The story is about a group of young musicians who achieve success in New York City, but pay the price. It was an attack on the record industry, which apparently caused Fagan and Kookoolis to be blacklisted. Productions The 1971 Broadway show opened on January 12 after 21 previews at the Walter Kerr Theatre, Ritz Theatre, and closed after three performances on January 13. The show was musically directed by Louis St. Louis, set design Kert F. ''Soon'' is the 21st studio album by American country music artist Tanya Tucker. It was released on October 11, 1993, via Liberty Records. The top hits from ''Soon'' were the title song, "Soon" at #2, "Hangin' In" at #4. and "We Don't Have to Do This" at #11 on the ''Billboard'' Top Country Singles charts. "You Just Watch Me" rose to #20. The album rose to #18 on the Country Albums chart. Far was an American rock band from Sacramento, California, formed in 1991. Although Far only experienced limited commercial success, the band had considerable influence on underground rock music. They are perhaps best known for their song "Mother Mary", from their influential record Water & Solutions. ''BBC Radio One Live in Concert'' was a live album by Dexys Midnight Runners, recorded for the BBC in 1982 and released in 1995. It was the group's first official live album and remained their only official live album until the release of '' The Projected Passion Revue'' in 2007 (from a 1981 recording). The album is unique as it is Dexys' only live recording where the members of '' The Projected Passion Revue'' horn section (Big Jim Paterson, Paul Speare, and Brian Maurice) are present alongside the ''Too-Rye-Ay'' strings (Helen O'Hara and Steve Brennan). Immediately after this concert, the horn section left the group and formed The TKO Horns. ''I Need You'' is a compilation album by American recording artist LeAnn Rimes. The album was first released on January 30, 2001, through Curb Records to help satisfy Rimes's recording contract obligations following her issuance of a lawsuit against the label. The original release of the album consists of four previously released soundtrack appearances alongside six new tracks. Rimes publicly disowned the album just days after its release, but despite her comments, Curb continued to promote the record and released three singles in support of the album. The album was re-released on March 26, 2002, with four additional remixes and the new recording "Light the Fire Within". "The Gates of Delirium" is a song by the English progressive rock band Yes, recorded for their seventh studio album, '' Relayer''. At almost 22 minutes in length, the song is loosely based on the 1869 novel ''War and Peace'' by Leo Tolstoy which originated from a musical idea that frontman Jon Anderson had that depicted a battle. It was then developed and arranged into a complete track by Anderson and the rest of the band, namely bassist Chris Squire, guitarist Steve Howe, drummer Alan White, and keyboardist Patrick Moraz. Musically, the song represents an introductory vocal section followed by an instrumental that represents the battle. The final section, entitled "Soon", is a gentle, soothing prayer for peace and hope. The song was originally released in November 1974 as side one of ''Relayer''. ''Chupacabra'' is the debut album by American singer-songwriter and violinist Imani Coppola, released on October 28, 1997. The title refers to the legendary chupacabra, a creature believed through some parts of the Americas to drink the blood of livestock. The album achieved some success upon its release, receiving positive reviews from some music critics and entering album charts in the United States and the United Kingdom. The album's lead single, " Legend of a Cowgirl", gained popularity in 1997, becoming a top 40 hit in the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
