Sandra Louise Anderson (née Smith; May 28, 1944 – November 3, 2018), professionally known as Sondra Locke, was an American actress and director. An alumna of Middle Tennessee State University, Locke broke into regional show business with assorted posts at the Nashville-based radio station WSM-AM, then segued into television as a promotions assistant for WSM-TV. She performed in the theater company Circle Players Inc. while employed at WSM. In 1968, she made her film debut in ''The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter (film), The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter'', for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and earned dual Golden Globe nominations for Best Supporting Actress and Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress, New Star of the Year. Sondra Freckelton
Sondra Freckelton (June 23, 1936 – June 10, 2019) was an American sculptor and watercolorist. She also known as Sondra Freckleton, and Sondra Beal. Life and career Sondra Freckelton was born on June 23, 1936, in Dearborn, Michigan. She attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In 1955, she married to fellow realist artist Jack Beal (1931–2013). Her sculpture was included in the 1959 exhibition ''Recent Sculpture U.S.A.'' at the Museum of Modern Art (as Sondra Beal). Her work was also included in the 1964 ''Annual Exhibition of Contemporary American Sculpture'' at the Whitney (as Sondra Beal). In the mid-1970s Freckelton began focusing on watercolor painting. Freckelton died on June 10, 2019, in Oneonta, New York. Specializing in 19th-century Italian opera, Radvanovsky is widely regarded as a leading interpreter of bel canto, verismo, and works by Giuseppe Verdi. Sondra Marshak (née Hassan; born June 15, 1942) is an American science-fiction writer. She is most well known for her work co-written with Myrna Culbreath. She was a co-writer of ''Star Trek Lives!'' (1975), with Jacqueline Lichtenberg, and television producer Joan Winston. She was an early promoter of ''Star Trek'' fan culture, and a publisher of fan fiction. Early life Marshak was born to Albert Hassan and Anna Tornheim in 1942. Little is known of her early life. In an interview for ''Voyages of Imagination'' (2006) by Jeff Ayers, Myrna Culbreath explained that Marshak had earned a master's degree in history, with "straight-A honors," prior to their meeting, and that Marshak had planned to enter a doctoral program.
