''Son of Sardaar 2'' is an upcoming Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N R Pachisia and Pravin Talreja and Fox Star Studios. It is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 film ''Son of Sardaar''. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Mrunal Thakur and Sanjay Mishra. Principal photography began in July 2024 and has taken place in Edinburgh, London, and Chandigarh, India. It will be the posthumous film of Mukul Dev. Vijay Kumar Arora (also known as Daddu) is an Indian filmmaker and cinematographer who predominantly works in the Hindi and Punjabi film industries.
