''Something on High'' is the debut studio album by English singer-songwriter Sivu, released on 10 October 2014 by Atlantic Records. Singles Sivu's debut single, "Better Man Than He", was released on 25 February 2013. The single was described by Complex as "immediately catchy but ithenough lyrical substance to reward multiple listens." For the official music video, directed by Adam Powell, Sivu was filmed lip-synching inside an MRI scanner. Sivu
James Page, known professionally as Sivu (pronounced see-voo), is an English singer and songwriter. He has released two studio albums, '' Something on High'' (2014) and ''Sweet Sweet Silent'' (2017). His third studio album, '' Wild Horse Running'', was released on 9 June 2023. The album was preceded by the singles "Wild Horse Running", "Apollo", "Choral Light" and "Overtime Lover". Sivu's longtime producer and collaborator is Charlie Andrew. Early life James Page was born in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and raised in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, a small market town in England. He attended St Ivo School. Charlie Andrew
Charles Andrew, (born 1980) is a British record producer, mixer and songwriter. He is best known for his work with indie band Alt-J. In 2013 he was awarded 'Breakthrough Producer of the Year' by his peers at Music Producers Guild awards, in 2016 he won the 'Producer of the Year award' and in turn was awarded the Brit Award for 'British Producer of the Year'. He was included in the 2017 Debrett's 500. Adam Christopher Thurai Powell, (born 11 August 1981) is a British director. His work directing music videos spans a wide range of genres, including hardcore, rock, hip-hop and pop. His portfolio includes many mainstream artists such as Bring Me the Horizon, Example, Jamie T, The 1975, and Charli XCX. He was nominated as Best New Director at the UK Music Video Awards in 2009. Reading And Leeds Festivals
The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in England. The events take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The Reading Festival is held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in central Reading, near Caversham Bridge. The Leeds event is held in Bramham Park, near Wetherby, the grounds of a historic house.
