Solon Ben Bixler (born January 4, 1977) is an American indie rock musician. He was Guitarist for the bands Thirty Seconds to Mars (2001-2003) and Earlimart. He is currently the lead male vocal and guitar player in the band Great Northern. Early life He was born Solon Ben Bixler to a musically inclined family, whose musical past included a band calleThe Wild Blue Yonder which included his parents and uncle. Solon started to play drums at the age of four. Music was heavily involved in Solon and his brother's lives. His mother died in the late 1980s. His father later remarried and had another child. On October 11, 2014 he married Rachel Stolte. Music In 2001, Solon joined Thirty Seconds to Mars playing guitar. He left the band in 2003 due to issues related to touring. Kirby James Fairchild is an American guitarist and singer-songwriter. He is best known as a guitarist of the indie rock bands Grandaddy and Modest Mouse. Fairchild has released solo material under the pseudonym All Smiles. Biography Born in Fresno, California, Fairchild moved to Modesto at the age of two, and began to play guitar at the age of 14. He has lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, and New York City. Since 2014 he has lived in Los Angeles. Sea Wolf (band)
Sea Wolf is an American band led by Alex Brown Church, an indie folk musician based in Los Angeles, California, United States. History Church attended film school at NYU and was a founding member of a group called Irving (band), Irving in 1998. Many of the songs he wrote as a member of Irving didn't fit the group's style, so Church began performing as Sea Wolf with a rotating ensemble of backing musicians, playing locally in Los Angeles and recording demos in Seattle with producer Phil Ek. Sea Wolf signed to Dangerbird Records in 2007 and released the ''Get To The River Before It Runs Too Low'' EP and a full-length titled ''Leaves In The River''.
