''Sogasu Chooda Tarama!'' () is a 1995 Telugu language romance film directed by Gunasekhar. The film stars Naresh, Indraja, Tanikella Bharani, Mallikarjuna Rao, and Ramana Murthy. The film won four Nandi Awards. It was not commercially successful. The film is an unofficial remake of 1993 American film ''Indecent Proposal''. Gunasekhar (born 2 June 1964) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his works in Telugu cinema. He has directed films in action, romance, mythological, and historical drama genres. He has won a National Film Award, multiple Nandi Awards, a Filmfare Award South, and a Gaddar Award. Gunasekhar directed the historical epic film ''Ramayanam'' (1997), which won the National Film Award for Best Children's Film and was screened at the International Children's Film Festival of India. Bhuvana Chandra is an Indian lyricist, renowned for his work in the Telugu cinema. He served in the Indian Air Force for 18 years before turning into a lyricist.
