Sofie Helene Wigert
Sofie Helene Wigert (née Olsen; 25 August 1913 – 9 September 1989) was a Norwegian ship owner, Riksmål activist and magazine editor. She was daughter of ship owner Rudolf Fredrik Olsen. She was married to newspaper editor Henrik Jørgen Schibsted Huitfeldt from 1935, and to actor Knut Wigert from 1950 until her death. She was a co-founder of "Foreldreaksjonen mot samnorsk" in 1951, and established the periodical '' Frisprog'' in 1953, which she edited until 1981 (together with Margrete Aamot Øverland Margrete Aamot Øverland (11 February 1913 - 20 November 1978) was a Norwegian resistance member during the Second World War, and later editor of the Riksmål newspaper Frisprog. Henrik Jørgen Schibsted Huitfeldt
Henrik Jørgen Schibsted Huitfeldt (8 January 1907 – 1979) was a Norwegian newspaper editor. Personal life He was born in Kristiania as a son of physician Hans L. C. Huitfeldt (1876–1969) and Gudrun Schibsted (1881–1966). He was a paternal grandson of Henrik Jørgen Huitfeldt-Kaas and maternal grandson of Amandus Schibsted. In 1935 he married Sofie Helene Wigert, but the marriage was dissolved. In 1949 he married Anita Wimmer. Career He finished his secondary education in 1926 and took economics at Oxford University in 1929. He was hired in ''Aftenposten'' in 1930. Here he was promoted to subeditor in 1935 and editor-in-chief in 1945. He retired in 1973. During the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany, Huitfeldt was imprisoned by the Nazi authorities and held in Grini concentration camp from 13 January to 24 December 1942. Knut Wigert
Knut Kirsebom Wigert (3 October 1916 – 14 June 2006) was a Norwegian actor, known for his many Ibsen roles and the establishment of an Ibsen museum in Oslo. Personal life Knut Hansen was born in Skien as a son of Major Sigvald Hansen (1881–1954) and his wife Carmen Franciska Christina Kirsebom (1887–1951), and a younger brother of Sonja Wigert. He changed his last name to Wigert in 1935. Wigert was married to Eva Nordlie from 1942 to 1946. In January 1950 he married ship-owner Sofie Helene Huitfeldt, née Olsen. The marriage lasted until her death in September 1989. They resided in Bærum. He was a son-in-law of ship-owner Rudolf Olsen, and the family inherited large properties including the manor Dirhue at Tjøme. Wigert lost this to his step-children in an out-of-court settlement in 1993. In 1991 he married for the third time, to journalist Vera Dietrichson Burkoff (1929–2007). Rudolf Fredrik Olsen (29 September 1882 – 26 January 1951) was a Norwegian shipping magnate and Chairman of Fred. Olsen & Co. Biography Rudolf Fredrik Olsen was born in Hvitsten, in Akershus county, Norway. He was the son of Thomas Frederick (Fred.) Olsen (1857-1933). Olsen was educated in Britain, France and Belgium. Olsen worked in the family firm, Fred. Olsen & Co. dating from 1914. Together with his brother Thomas Fredrik Olsen, he was a partner from 1922. After their father's death in 1933, the brothers took over as leaders of the company. From 1933 he was CEO of the firm. During his leadership, the company expanded, entering the aviation business with its own airline Fred. Olsen Flyselskap. (, also , ) is a written Norwegian language form or spelling standard, meaning the ''National Language'', closely related and now almost identical to the dominant form of Bokmål, known as . Both Bokmål and Riksmål evolved from the Danish written language as used in Norway during the countries' union and beyond, and from the pronunciation of Danish that became the native language of Norwegian elites by the 18th century. Margrete Aamot Øverland (11 February 1913 - 20 November 1978) was a Norwegian resistance member during the Second World War, and later editor of the Riksmål newspaper Frisprog.
