''Sky News Breakfast'' is a British breakfast television programme that airs Monday- Saturday and Bank Holidays from 6–10am and Sunday from 6–8.30am on Sky News. The show launched on Friday, 18 October 2019 as the replacement for long-running breakfast show ''Sunrise (British TV programme), Sunrise''. Gareth Barlow and Anna Jones (journalist), Anna Jones are the programmes main presenters. Friday programmes are broadcast from Westminster rather than Osterley and use the same format as the Monday-Thursday programmes. The show was one of Sky's final double headed formats - the other being ''Sky News Today'' - and was presented by Stephen Dixon (newsreader), Stephen Dixon and Gillian Joseph from Sky Campus, Sky Centre in Osterley until January 2021. Gillian Joseph
Gillian Angela Joseph (born 20 July 1969) is a British newscaster currently working for Sky News. Joseph is the anchor of weekend editions of '' Sky News at Ten''. Early life Joseph was born in 1969 in Coventry, England. Her parents originated from Dominica in the Caribbean. Her parents returned to Dominica, where her mother worked as a teacher, but the family later returned to England. She attended Wembley Manor Junior School, and in 1979, the school choir was selected to sing onstage with Swedish group ABBA at Wembley Arena, singing ''I Have A Dream'', to celebrate UNICEF's Year of the Child. Joseph was an MA student at City University in London, studying Broadcast Journalism. She has two daughters and a son. Kay Burley
Kay Elizabeth Burley (; born 17 December 1960) is an English broadcaster. She was a presenter on Sky News and hosted the breakfast slot on the channel. She has also worked for BBC Local Radio, Tyne Tees Television, and TV-am. On 5 February 2025 it was announced that Burley was leaving Sky News after 36 years. Jacquie Beltrao (born Jacqueline Leavy on 21 April 1965 in Dublin) is an Irish sports presenter on Sky News and a former Olympic gymnast. Early life and career Born in Dublin, Ireland, Beltrao grew up in Coventry, England. She studied sports science at Birmingham University, and represented Great Britain in rhythmic gymnastics at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, placing 31st in the All-Around. Stephen Dixon (born 1 March 1974) is an English news presenter. Dixon co-presents ''Breakfast with Stephen and Anne'' on GB News. Gareth Barlow
Gareth Barlow is an English journalist, presenter and newsreader best known for his work with BBC News. Prior to his broadcasting career he was a farmer and butcher. Early life and education Born in Reading, England, on 31 May 1990, he later moved with his family to North Yorkshire. He was privately educated at St Peters School, York and went to Durham University in 2008 to study biology, though left after one year. Career Farming Barlow began farming at the age of seventeen when he sold his Xbox and bought six sheep.
