Skeid Fotball
Skeid is a Norway, Norwegian association football, football club from Oslo that currently plays in Norwegian First Division, 1. divisjon the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. Its current home field is Nordre Åsen, after the club stopped playing at Bislett stadion#Football, Bislett after the 2012 season. In past decades it has gained a reputation as a talent factory for the larger clubs in Norwegian football, and it has produced several players for the Norway national football team, national team such as Daniel Braaten, Daniel Fredheim Holm, Omar Elabdellaoui and Mohammed Abdellaoue. Other notable players include Paul Miller (footballer, born 1959), Paul Miller. Skeid played in 1. divisjon in 2009 after a short stint in the 2. divisjon. They finished champions of the Second Group of 2. divisjon in 2008. However, Skeid relegated again to 2. divisjon at end of 2009 season in 16th and last position despite a good start. 2021 Norwegian Second Division
The 2021 Norwegian Second Division (referred to as PostNord-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) was a Norwegian football third-tier league season. The league consisted of 28 teams divided into 2 groups of 14 teams. The league was played as a double round-robin tournament, where all teams played 26 matches. The season started on 19 June 2021 and concluded on 14 November 2021. Kongsvinger earned promotion from group 1 on 23 October 2021, three rounds before the end of the season. 1947 Norwegian Football Cup
The 1947 Norwegian Football Cup was the 42nd season of the Norway, Norwegian annual knockout association football, football tournament. The tournament was open for all members of Football Association of Norway, NFF, except those from Northern Norway. The final was played at Brann Stadion in Bergen on 19 October 1947, and Skeid Fotball, Skeid secured their first title with a 2–0 win against Viking FK, Viking. Norwegian Football Cup
The Norwegian Football Cup () is the main knockout cup competition in Norwegian football. It is run by the Football Association of Norway and has been contested since 1902, making it the oldest football tournament in the country. The tournament is commonly known as ''Cupen'' ("The Cup"), NM or NM Cup (''NM Cupen''), an acronym formed from ''Norgesmesterskap'' (" Norwegian Championship").
