Skadovsk Raion
Skadovsk Raion () is one of the five administrative raions of Ukraine, raions (districts) of Kherson Oblast in southern Ukraine. Its administrative center is located in the city of Skadovsk. Population: On 18 July 2020, as part of the 2020 administrative reform of Ukraine, administrative reform of Ukraine, the number of raions of Kherson Oblast was reduced to five, and the area of Skadovsk Raion was significantly expanded. Two abolished raions, Hola Prystan Raion, Hola Prystan and Kalanchak Raions, as well as Hola Prystan Municipality and the city of Skadovsk, which was previously incorporated as a City of regional significance (Ukraine), city of oblast significance and did not belong to the raion, was merged into Skadovsk Raion. A raion (; ), often translated as district, is the second-level Administrative divisions of Ukraine, administrative division in Ukraine. Raions were created in a 1922 administrative reform of the Soviet Union, to which Ukraine, as the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, belonged. On 17 July 2020, the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's parliament) approved an administrative reform to merge most of the 490 raions, along with the "City of regional significance (Ukraine), cities of regional significance", which were previously outside the raions, into just 136 reformed raions. The city serves as the administrative centre of the Hola Prystan urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It has a population of The Konka, a tributary of the Dnieper, flows through the city. As of 2025, the city is occupied by Russia. Kalanchak Settlement Hromada
Kalanchak () is a rural settlement in Skadovsk Raion, Kherson Oblast, southern Ukraine. It hosts the administration of the Kalanchak settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The settlement was founded in 1794 as a home for exiled participants in the Turbai uprising. Chulakivka
Chulakivka () is a village ( selo) in Skadovsk Raion, Kherson Oblast, southern Ukraine. The village hosts the administration of Chulakivka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
