Six-pack (muscles)
The rectus abdominis muscle, () also known as the "abdominal muscle" or simply better known as the "abs", is a pair of segmented skeletal muscle on the ventral aspect of a person, person's abdomen. The paired muscle is separated at the midline by a band of dense connective tissue called the linea alba (abdomen), linea alba, and the connective tissue defining each lateral margin of the rectus abdominus is the linea semilunaris. The muscle extends from the pubic symphysis, pubic crest and pubic tubercle inferiorly, to the xiphoid process and costal cartilages of the 5th–7th ribs superiorly. The rectus abdominis muscle is contained in the rectus sheath, which consists of the aponeurosis, aponeuroses of the lateral abdominal muscles. NetWare is a discontinued computer network operating system developed by Novell, Inc. It initially used cooperative multitasking to run various services on a personal computer, using the IPX network protocol. The final update release was version 6.5SP8 in May 2009, and it has since been replaced by Open Enterprise Server. The original NetWare product in 1983 supported clients running both CP/M and MS-DOS, ran over a proprietary star network topology and was based on a Novell-built file server using the Motorola 68000 processor. It was produced by Zac Carper of American punk band FIDLAR. It debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart in February 2017, which was achieved after heavy touring across Australia, including at the Laneway Festival. The album was preceded by the release of the songs "Bullshit" and "Scott Green" in 2016, which were voted into the Triple J Hottest 100, 2016 at 33 and 34, respectively. "Six Pak" is a hit for The Revels in 1959. This was their first release. Background It was composed by Norman Knowles and other members of The Revels, Sam Eddy, Brian England, Dan Darnold and Jim Macrae. It was released bw "Good Grief" on Lyn 1302 in October, 1959. Knowles had been inspired by Dan Darnold's reputation for drinking a beer in just four seconds. The track had party sound effects that would be used by The Revels in their other recordings. It became a hit in California. It was also released on Swingin' 620 in 1960. An alternative take of the track is featured on the Sundazed Music 1994 CD compilation, ''Intoxica!
