Six4one
six4one was a six-piece supergroup formed in November 2005 for the sole purpose of representing Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006. The group was made up of six people who were chosen at a casting session that took place November 25–27, 2005. The group were not created as a long-term manufactured band, but instead as "six strong voices" who could collaborate at the contest, and then go their separate ways after the final. Producer Ralph Siegel, along with the Swiss national broadcaster who decided on such a method to find the Swiss representatives, chose the members of the group from an undisclosed number of auditionees. The six that eventually represented Switzerland included Andreas Lundstedt of Alcazar fame, Tinka Milinović, and Claudia D'Addio the only Swiss-born member of the group and a former participant in the music-based reality show MusicStar. six4one were guaranteed a place in the Eurovision final thanks to Vanilla Ninja's 8th place the year previ ... Andreas Lundstedt
Björn Helge Andreas Lundstedt (born 20 May 1972) is a Swedish singer, best known as a member of the pop-dance group Alcazar. Biography Born in Uppsala, Sweden, since childhood, Lundstedt had wanted to be a singer. At the age of five, he took part in a talent competition for children and achieved second place. By the age of fifteen, he appeared regularly on television and in shows as a member of the band . Liel Kolet () is an Israeli singer-songwriter and a peace advocate. Biography Liel Kolet is an international singer, songwriter and a peace advocate. Born on 11 July 1989 to Jewish Israeli parents on Kibbutz Kinneret, she was raised in an idyllic environment and lived a very simple life. At age 11, Liel won a talent contest in Israel called Bravo, performing a song originally sung by Israeli singer Ofra Haza called "Leorech Hayam". Tinka Milinović Pichler (; born 27 November 1973) is a Bosnian-American recording artist. Early life Milinović was born in Sarajevo, SFR Yugoslavia. She was raised by her mother Janja, father Drago Ivan, and an older brother, Dren. In 1991 she moved to the United States on her own as a high school exchange student. Marco Matias (musician)
Marco Matias is the son of Portuguese immigrants who came to Germany in the 1970s. At the age of ten, he had his first experiences on stage when he was performing for a game circus, a project that arose in co-operation with Caritas and endeavored to inspire children for creativity.
