Offset printing is a common printing technique in which the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to the printing surface. ''Sakshi'' () is an Indian Telugu language daily newspaper sold mostly in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It was launched on 23 March 2008 by Jagati Publications Ltd. owned by Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. ''Sakshi'' was the first Telugu daily to publish all of its pages in colour for all editions. It is currently run under the chairmanship of Y. S. Bharathi Reddy, wife of Jagan Mohan Reddy. The media group also owns the Telugu news channel, Sakshi TV. From July to December 2019, ''Sakshi'' had an average daily circulation of 10.64 lakh. Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi is an Indian politician and widow of N. T. Rama Rao. She was previously married to a harikatha artist Veeragandham Venkata Subba Rao. In the 1989 United Andhra Pradesh Assembly election, Indian National Congress swept the polls, winning 181 of the 294 seats in the Assembly. Gireesh Kumar Sanghi (born 8 March 1955) is an industrialist and politician. He was a Member of the Parliament of India for the Indian National Congress party representing Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of Parliament. Sanghi obtained a BA in political science from Osmania University. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha in June 2004 and served until June 2010, actively involved in several committees. Kamma is a Hindu caste from South India.
