Sitapur Ki Geeta
''Sitapur Ki Geeta'' is a 1987 Hindi movie which stars Hema Malini, Rajesh Khanna and Pran. The music of the film was composed by the duo Sonik Omi. The movie, set against a rural backdrop, was most successful in the North and the East of India. ''Lachak Lachak Lachak Jaye Jawani'' is the most famous song from this film, sung by Amit Kumar and Asha Bhosle. Rajesh Khanna makes special appearance in the film as the presumably intended groom of Hema Malini. The film was dubbed into Bhojpuri and re-released in 2006. Shibu Mitra
Shibu Mitra is an Indian film director and producer. Chandrashekhar (actor)
Chandrashekhar Vaidya (7 July 1922 – 16 June 2021), known simply as Chandrashekhar, was an Indian actor and filmmaker working in the Bollywood film industry. He was best known for playing supporting characters in films starring Rajesh Khanna in lead roles and later for playing Arya Sumant in the epic television series Ramayan. He died of age-related illness on 16 June 2021, at the age of 98, though some news sources incorrectly listed his age as 97. Early life Chandrashekhar was born in Hyderabad on 7 July 1922. Dilraj Kaur (born 21 May 1960), is an Indian playback singer. She is most known for singing in films such as '' Galiyon Ka Badshah'' (2001), '' Me and Mr. Canadian'' (2019) etc. She has sung 286 songs in Hindi films. Amit Kumar (born 3 July 1952) is an Indian playback singer, actor, music composer. Kumar launched his own music production company, named Kumar Brothers Music. He predominantly worked in Bollywood and regional film songs since the 1970s, including 150 Hindi and Bengali compositions by R. D. Burman. After Burman's death in 1994, citing a lack of quality music composition, Kumar withdrew from playback singing and concentrated on live orchestra shows. Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' ( Hamraaz). Jankidas Mehra (1910 – 18 June 2003) was an Indian actor of Hindi cinema, cyclist, production designer, and writer. He made over 1000 film appearances between the 1930s and 1997. Biography Sports Jankidas served as the only Indian member of the International Olympic Committee at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin along with Hockey legend Major Dhyanchand and was the only Indian to have broken the world record in cycling between 1934 and 1942.
