''Singles Only'' is the second EP by Canadian country music band James Barker Band, released on May 24, 2019. Upon its release, ''Singles Only'' debuted at number 68 on the Canadian Albums Chart. The EP includes the Platinum-certified #1 hit " Keep It Simple", and the Gold-certified top ten hits " Good Together" and " There's a Drink for That". Singles " Good Together" was released as the debut single from the then-upcoming EP in January 2018, and peaked at #6 on the Canadian country radio chart. James Barker Band
The James Barker Band is a Canadian country group formed in Woodville, Ontario, in 2015. The band consists of James Barker, Taylor Abram, Connor Stephen, and Bobby Martin. In Canada, they have four number one country singles with "Chills", "Keep It Simple", " Over All Over Again", and "New Old Trucks". They are currently signed to Starseed Records. Career In 2015, they won the Emerging Artist Showcase at the Boots and Hearts Music Festival and the following year, they were signed to Universal Music Canada. Phonograph Record
A phonograph record (also known as a gramophone record, especially in British English), or simply a record, is an analog sound storage medium in the form of a flat disc with an inscribed, modulated spiral groove. The groove usually starts near the periphery and ends near the center of the disc. At first, the discs were commonly made from shellac, with earlier records having a fine abrasive filler mixed in. Starting in the 1940s polyvinyl chloride became common, hence the name vinyl. The phonograph record was the primary medium used for music reproduction throughout the 20th century. The Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) was founded in 1976 as the Academy of Country Music Entertainment to organize, promote and develop a Canadian country music industry.
