Sing Tao SC
Sing Tao Sports Club () is a now defunct Hong Kong football club which was dissolved after the 1998–99 season. The club was established by Aw Hoe (), a director of ''Sing Tao Daily'' in 1940. The first team made their first appearance in the first division in the 1940–41 season. The team relegated to the second division twice, in 1962–63 and 1972–73 seasons respectively. The club turned professional in the 1968–69 season. They were promoted back to the first division again in 1987–88 and stayed until it was dissolved in 1999 by Sing Tao Limited, at that time a subsidiary of Sing Tao Holdings. Glyn Hodges
Glyn Peter Hodges (born 30 April 1963) is a Welsh football coach and former professional player who is assistant manager at Bradford City. During his playing career he played for Wimbledon, Newcastle United, Watford, Crystal Palace, Sheffield United, Derby County, Hull City, Nottingham Forest and Scarborough. He also played 18 times for the Wales national side, scoring twice. Playing career Hodges started his playing career with Wimbledon and made more than 200 appearances for the Crazy Gang during seven years at the club. He had a brief spell with Newcastle United before returning south to join Watford in 1987 to re-team with ex-Wimbledon manager Dave Bassett. Aw Family
Aw family is the family member of Aw Chu Kin and his descendant. Aw Chu Kin started his business in Burma, which his two sons expanded it into a multi-national conglomerate that from Chinese medicines to newspaper, as well as bank, insurance and real estate. However, the family started to decline in the third generation, by the takeover of family-owned listed company Haw Par Brothers International in Singapore in 1971, which saw Sin Poh (Star News) Amalgamated, Chung Khiaw Bank and Haw Par Brothers (Thailand) were spin-off from the listed company. Rudolph Gideon Hedman (born 16 November 1964) is an English retired professional Association football, footballer who played as a defender (association football), defender. Career Born in Lambeth, Hedman signed as an apprentice for Colchester United F.C., Colchester United in 1983, and he went on to make 219 appearances for the "U's" across two spells - the second a loan stint from Crystal Palace F.C., Crystal Palace. His four-year stay with Palace was largely unsuccessful, although he made five appearances in the club's promotion season of 1988–89 and played in three out of the four Football League play-offs, play-off games which saw Palace reach the top flight. Andy Kennedy (footballer, Born 1964)
Andrew John Kennedy (born 8 October 1964) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a centre forward. Kennedy started his career with Rangers, and after making around 20 first-team appearances he spent time at Seiko (Hong Kong) and was then transferred to Birmingham City in March 1985. His goals helped ensure the club's promotion from the Second Division, and in 1985–86, his first full season, he was the club's leading scorer, but with only nine goals for a side which failed to avoid relegation. In 1987, he joined Sheffield United on loan whilst recovering from injury, and then moved to Blackburn Rovers, where he scored 25 goals in two seasons, followed by Watford between 1990 and 1992. A loan spell at Division Three Bolton Wanderers was cut short after one game when Kennedy sustained a back injury.
