Sisir Mishra is an Indian film director and screenwriter best known for directing Hindi and Odia language films including ''Bheegi Palkein'', ''Samay Ki Dhara'', ''Billoo Baadshaah'', ''TADA'' and ''Aseema''. In 2018 he was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award. Biography He was born in Bomkei, near Digapahandi, Brahmapur in the Ganjam district of Odisha. He is the son of Purushottam Mishra, and his father was an engineer who worked for the British Raj. Mishra completed his B.Sc degree at Khallikote College, Brahmapur and an M.Sc in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack. Noakhali Sadar ( bn, নোয়াখালি সদর) is an upazila of Noakhali District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Noakhali Thana was established in 1861 and was converted into an upazila in 1984. Sriram Panda ( or, ଶ୍ରୀରାମ ପଣ୍ଡା, born c. 1954) is an Indian Odia actor, director and a screenplay writer hailing from the Nabarangpur district, Odisha, India. Career Sriram Panda started his film career in Dhir Biswal's ''Dharitri'' directed by Nitai Palit in 1972, which was a success.
