Rasmus Sindre
Rasmus Elias Paulson Sindre (23 July 1859 – 3 April 1908) was a Norwegian farmer, newspaper editor and politician. He took over the farm Sindre in Nordfjord when his father died in 1882. He represented the party Venstre (Norway), being mayor of the Innvik municipality from 1895, thereafter elected to the Parliament of Norway in 1899, serving for the period 1900–02. From 1895 to 1901 he was also editor of the newspaper ''Fjordabladet'' of Nordfjordeid. He was married to Gyda Sindre (b. Støyva, 1858–1946), and they had 8 children together. He died of cancer only 48 years old. Sindre Erstad (born 25 January 1982) is a Norwegian football defender who currently plays for Norwegian team Radøy/Manger. He hails from Radøy. His first significant club was Åsane, and went from there to Sogndal. Sindre Fossum Beyer (born 10 October 1977) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He studied economics and administration at Telemark University College from 1998 to 2000, and marketing at BI Norwegian Business School from 2000 to 2002. After one year in the Norwegian People's Aid, he was hired as political adviser in the Labour Party in 2003. In 2007 he was hired as information director in the Labour Party, as well as studying public relations and strategic communication at master's level at the BI Norwegian Business School. On the local level Fossum Beyer was a member of Porsgrunn municipal council from 1995 to 1999 and Telemark county council from 1999 to 2003. Sindre Guldvog (born 21 March 1955) is a Norwegian publisher. He was born in Trondheim, and graduated as siv.øk. in 1977. From 1988 he was the CEO of the publishing house J.W. Cappelens Forlag, one of Norway's oldest.
