Sinbaungwe Township
Sinbaungwe Township () or Tantabin Townshipis a township of Aunglan District in southeastern Magway Region of Myanmar. It is located to the west of the Pegu Range in the foothills and on the plain of the Irrawaddy. Most of the township is east of the Irrawaddy, but about 20% of the township lies on the right (west) bank. The major town and administrative center is Sinbaungwe (also called Tantabin). History Sinbaungwe Township was formerly called Myedé Kyan (remnant of Myedé) as it had been part of Myedé Township (now Aunglan Township) before that was divided. Bago Region
Bago Region (, ; formerly Pegu Division and Bago Division) is an administrative divisions of Myanmar, administrative region of Myanmar, located in the southern central part of the country. It is bordered by Magway Region and Mandalay Region to the north; Kayin State, Mon State and the Gulf of Martaban to the east; Yangon Region to the south and Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine State to the west. Lewe Township
Lewe Township () is one of eight townships of Naypyidaw Union Territory, Burma. History The area comprising Lewe Township was previously called Nga-nwe-kon (ငနွဲ့ကုန်း), Nwekon (နွယ်ကုန်း), and Wa-nwe-kon-zu (ဝါးနွယ်ကုန်းစု), in reference to its establishment on a hillock.
