Sinan Çetin
Sinan Çetin (born March 1, 1953) is a Turkish film director, actor, and producer. He won the best director award at the 12th Dhaka International Film Festival. Çetin was born as one of the eight children of a customs officer. He is of maternal Azeri and paternal Georgian descent. He studied art history at Hacettepe University. Çetin has produced full-length films and television series, and foremost, commercials. He is best known in the English-speaking world for his 1999 film ''Propaganda'', a critically acclaimed libertarian comedy about post-World War II eastern Turkey. Çetin both directed and produced this film, as he did for many other films. His 1993 film ''Berlin in Berlin'' was entered into the 18th Moscow International Film Festival. Çetin is a fan of Ayn Rand, and has published Rand's books and other libertarian books in Turkey. Çetin manages and owns the film production company Plato Film Productions. Atıf Yılmaz Batıbeki (9 December 1925 – 5 May 2006) was a renowned Turkish film director, screenwriter, and film producer. He was very much a legend in the film industry of Turkey with 119 movies directed. He also wrote 53 screenplays and produced 28 movies since 1951. The series was shot at Plato Film studios and its first episode was broadcast on ATV on 11 February 2004. Yavuz Bingöl
Yavuz Bingöl (born 7 October 1964) is a Turkish folk music singer and actor. Early life Bingöl was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1964 to teacher Yılmaz Bingöl and folk singer Senem Akkaş (better known with her stage name Şahsenem Bacı), both hailing from Sarıkamış district. Music career Bingöl enrolled at the Ankara State Conservatory in 1977 under influence from his mother but following his parents' divorce, he left the Conservatory in 1979 and moved to İzmir where his mother settled and started to work in menial jobs to support his family.
