Sillunu Oru Kadhal
''Sillunu Oru Kaadhal'' () is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Krishna. It stars Suriya and Jyothika, while Bhoomika, Shriya Sharma, Sukanya, Vadivelu and Santhanam play supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack were composed by A. R. Rahman, with lyrics by the Indian poet Vaali; cinematography for the film was handled by R. D. Rajasekhar and editing was handled by Anthony. The film was released on 8 September 2006, three days before the wedding of Suriya and Jyothika. The film was first titled as ''Jillendru Oru Kaadhal'' and then as ''Jillunu Oru Kaadhal'' before it was renamed again to ''Sillunu Oru Kaadhal''. In 2015, this film was remade into Marathi as '' Tu Hi Re''. Plot Kundavi was brought up in a small town called Ambasamudram in Tirunelveli district. Obeli N. Krishna (commonly known as Krishna) is an Indian film director and screenwriter, from the Tamil film industry. He made his directorial debut with the 2006 romantic drama, '' Sillunu Oru Kaadhal'', with Suriya and Jyothika.
