Most are native to fast-flowing streams and rivers in Southeast Asia and Melanesia, but ''S. zosterophorus'' also occurs in China, Japan and Palau, ''S. nigriradiatus'' is restricted to Pohnpei, ''S. jonklaasi'' is restricted to Sri Lanka, and ''S. lord'' is restricted to Madagascar. Sicyopus Jonklaasi
''Sicyopus jonklaasi'', the lipstick goby, is a species of goby endemic to Sri Lanka where they occur in rocky hill streams of swift-flowing water. They having sucking discs on their undersides with which they adhere to the sides of rocks. Newly hatched larvae are washed to the sea by heavy flows brought on by rains and mature there before returning to the streams. This species can reach a length of TL. The lipstick goby is now commonly found in the aquarium trade. Native habitat The lipstick goby requires specific habitat characteristic to thrive. Lipstick gobies are found in clear, fast flowing, and well oxygenated water. Sicyopus cebuensis is a species of fish that was first documented by Chen and Shao in 1998, who documented just a single adult pair located in the Uling brook within the upper Naga River basin in the City of Naga, Cebu province, the Philippines. Nicolas Hubert ''alias'' French Paris (died 1569) was a French servant at the Scottish royal court. He was involved in the murder of Lord Darnley on 10 February 1567, made a confession, and was executed. Career Born in Paris, Hubert is sometimes described as a page to James Hepburn, 4th Earl of Bothwell, and he transferred to the service of Mary, Queen of Scots. He appears in the household roll of February 1567 as "Nicolas Hubert ''dict'' Paris", a valet of the chamber. As a member of Mary's household, Hubert and the other valets of the chamber were given Holland linen at Easter 1567. One summary of the events of February 1567 calls him "Paris, her chalmerchild".
