Si Thepha station (, ) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Yellow Line. The station is located on Thepharak road in Samut Prakan Province Samut Prakan province (, , , sometimes rendered Samutprakan or Samutprakarn) is one of the central Provinces of Thailand, provinces of Thailand, established on 9 May 1946 by the ''Act Establishing Changwat Samut Prakan, Changwat Nonthaburi, Cha ... and is a portmanteau of the name of Srinagarindra and Thepharak roads, which intersect adjacent to the station. The station has four entrances. It opened on 3 June 2023 as part of trial operations on the line between Samrong and Hua Mak. Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand or MRTA () is a state enterprise under the Ministry of Transport of Thailand. It is responsible for the operation of rapid transit systems in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region and including other provinces as defined by the royal decree. The MRTA was founded in 1992 and underwent restructuring in 2000. The MRTA currently oversees the operation of the MRT, which consists of the operational Blue Line, Purple Line, Yellow Line, and Pink Line. The Metropolitan Rapid Transit or MRT is a mass rapid transit system serving the Bangkok Metropolitan Region in Thailand. The MRT system comprises two fully operational rapid transit lines (Blue and Purple) and two fully operational monorail lines (Yellow and Pink), with another rapid transit line (Orange) under construction. Yellow Line (Bangkok)
The MRT Yellow Line () or MRT Nakkhara Phiphat Line () is an elevated monorail line in Bangkok and Samut Prakan Province, Thailand, part of the MRT (Bangkok), MRT rapid transit system. The line has 23 stations and cost 55 billion baht. The line was originally proposed in 2005 by the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning to be a heavy rail underground line along Lat Phrao road which was then elevated from Lam Sali Intersection to Samrong. However, it was decided in 2012 to build an elevated monorail line for the whole length in order to reduce construction costs. The Yellow Line provides mass transit along the heavily congested Lat Phrao Road and Srinagarindra Road corridors. Samrong BTS Station
Samrong (, ) is the name of two connecting rapid transit stations, on the Sukhumvit Line of the BTS Skytrain and the MRT Yellow Line, in Samut Prakan, Thailand. Trial operations on the BTS began in March 2017, and the station was officially opened by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on 3 April 2017, with passengers able to ride the extension for free for a month beginning on 4 April 2017. It was the eastern terminus of the line, until the opening of the other stations of the Sukhumvit Line Extension (East) on 6 December 2018. Hua Mak Station
Hua Mak station (, ) is a station on the Eastern Line of the State Railway of Thailand, an Airport Rail Link station and an MRT station on the Yellow Line, located on Srinagarindra Road in Phatthanakan Subdistrict, Suan Luang District, Bangkok. Three rail operators run the station complex separately at their respective stations, with no paid area integration between the three stations. History Hua Mak opened as "Ban Hua Mak" railway station on 24 January 1907 on the Eastern Line between Bangkok (Hua Lamphong) and Chachoengsao Junction, operated by the State Railway of Thailand. A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway.
