Shyrokyi rural hromada () is a hromada of Ukraine, located in Shchastia Raion, Luhansk Oblast. Its administrative center is the village of Shyrokyi. Luhansk Oblast
Luhansk Oblast (; ), also referred to as Luhanshchyna (), is the easternmost Administrative divisions of Ukraine, oblast (province) of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Luhansk. The oblast was established in 1938 and bore the name ''Voroshilovgrad Oblast'' until 1958 and again from 1970 to 1991. Shchastia Raion
Shchastia Raion (; ) is a Raions of Ukraine, raion (district) of Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine. It was created in July 2020 as part of the reform of administrative divisions of Ukraine. The ''de jure'' administrative center of the raion is the city of Shchastia, although, until 2022, the ''de facto'' administrative center was located in the urban-type settlement of Novoaidar because the city of Shchastia was situated too close to territory controlled by Russia via its Luhansk People's Republic proxy militias. In Ukraine, a hromada () is the main type of municipality and the third level Administrative divisions of Ukraine, local self-government in Ukraine. The current hromadas were established by the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine, Government of Ukraine on 12 June 2020. A municipality is designated ''urban hromada'' if its administration is located in a city; ''settlement hromada'' if it is located in a settlement (''selyshche''), and ''rural hromada'' if it is located in a village (Village#Ukraine, ''selo'') or a ''selyshche''. Krasna Talivka
Krasna Talivka (, ) is a village in Shyrokyi rural hromada, Shchastia Raion of Luhansk Oblast. It is under the '' de facto'' control of Russia. It was founded in 1913. On September 30, 2022, the village was annexed by the Russian Federation via an internationally unrecognized referendum. About to the north of the village is a border checkpoint Krasna Talivka that is located on the highway crossing the former border of Ukraine with Russia. Along with the neighboring village of Krasnyi Derkul, the village formed Krasna Talivka rural council (municipality). According to Ukraine's 2001 census, the village was home to 1,081 residents. The population is predominantly Russophone (72.1%), while only 27.3% consider the Ukrainian language as their native. To the east of the Krasna Talivka is the village of , and to its west is the Krasnyi Derkul village. Chuhinka
Chuhinka is a small village in Shyrokyi rural hromada, Shchastia Raion, in the eastern part of the Luhansk Oblast of Ukraine. It is near the border of Ukraine and Russia. The village was originally founded in the year 1720. According to the 2001 Ukraine Census, it had 1,128 residents, 92.73% of whom were Russian speakers. The area is mostly used for farmland, used by individual families after the breakup of the Kolkhoz. There is a small river and a mountain.
