Shubha (Arabic: شبهة ''doubt, obscurity, or mis-grounded conceit'') is an Islamic term referring to the duty of leaders/judges to consider any doubt (shubha) before implementing a verdict in a criminal case of any degree. Muhammad said not to implement serious punishment in cases of uncertainty, with the phrase: "ادرؤوا الحدود بالشبهات" ("seek doubts to avoid punishment"). ''Shuva'' also () is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language film, released in 2005 Plot Shuvaa was named as Shuvashini (one who has melodious a voice) but she grows as deaf and dumb. Her father married off her two elder sisters, Suhashini and Sukeshini, with a grand ceremony. It got to Shuvaa's turn. Shuvaa and Protap from the same village love and understand each other. Shubha is an Indian actress who acted prominently in Malayalam films. She was a lead actress during the late 1970s and early 1980s. She also acted in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi films. She was the second lead in the cult Kannada classic ''Naagarahaavu'' (1972)''.'' For this, she received Karnataka State Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for the year 1972–73. Personal life She was born to Telugu film actor and director Vedantam Raghavayya and Suryaprabha, who was also an actress, in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has five sisters and a brother. Her aunt Pushpavalli (Hindi actor Rekha's mother) was also a Telugu actress and was married to Gemini Ganeshan.
