Shravana (film)
''Shravana'' () is a 2011 Kannada-language romantic drama film directed by B. S. Rajashekar. The film stars Vijay Raghavendra, Bhuvana Chandra, Sandeep and Gayathiri Iyer. The film was released to negative reviews. Cast Production The film is about three friends who are aimless in life and follows the theme that behind every successful man is a woman. The film was predominately shot in Tumkuru apart from one song which was shot in Bengaluru. Soundtrack The film has soundtrack composed by Karthik Bhoopathi. Release and reception The film was scheduled to release in ''Shravana'' (mid-July to mid-August) of 2010 but was delayed. A critic from the ''IANS'' wrote, "''Shravana'' is a big let down and fiercely boring. Better watch ''Kempe Gowda'' again". Vijay Raghavendra
Vijay Raghavendra is an Indian actor who appears predominantly in Kannada cinema, Kannada films. Referred to popularly as "Chinnari Mutha", Vijay is the son of producer S. A. Chinne Gowda and nephew of actor Dr. Rajkumar. Vijay started his career as a child artist through the film ''Chalisuva Modagalu'' (1982) and won critical acclaims for his performances in ''Chinnari Mutha'' (1993) and ''Kotreshi Kanasu'' (1994). The latter film won him the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. Doddarangegowda
Doddarangegowda (born 7 February 1946) is an Indian poet and lyricist working in Kannada cinema. He is a retired professor of Kannada and has published a number of anthologies in Kannada. He has released several audio cassettes and CDs of his poems. Some of his noteworthy songs are ''Tera Yeri Ambaradaage'' and ''Notadaage Nageya Meeti'' of Parasangada Gendethimma, ''Nammoora Mandara Hoove'' of Aalemane, ''Sri Rama Bandavne'' of Paduvaaralli Pandavaru.
