Shimon Schwarzschild (December 19, 1925 – November 10, 2021) was a German-born American environmental activist. Karlstadt is a town in the Main-Spessart in the '' Regierungsbezirk'' of Lower Franconia (''Unterfranken'') in Bavaria, Germany.
