Sheraton Stockholm Hotel
Sheraton Stockholm Hotel is a hotel at the intersection between Vasagatan and Tegelbacken in central Stockholm, Sweden, designed by AOS Arkitekter and opened in 1971. The hotel has 465 rooms making it one of the largest hotels in Sweden. The building is considered to have a high cultural historical value, even though the interior was thoroughly renovated in 2007. Norrmalm
Norrmalm is a city district in Stockholm, Sweden. History Norrmalm is part of the larger borough of Norrmalm (''Norrmalms stadsdelsområde''). The southern part of the district, Lower Norrmalm (''Nedre Norrmalm''), also known as City, constitutes the most central part of Stockholm, while Upper Norrmalm (''Övre Norrmalm'') is more residential. The name Norrmalm is first mentioned in 1288. In 1602 Norrmalm became an independent city with its own mayor and administration called the Northern Suburb (''Norra Förstaden''). The town was short-lived and in 1635 it was incorporated with Stockholm again. Norrmalm is today considered to be the central part of Stockholm. Bromölla () (old da, Bromølle) is a locality and the seat of Bromölla Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden with 7,595 inhabitants in 2010. Grog, also known as firesand and chamotte, is a raw material usually made from crushed and ground potsherds, reintroduced back into crude clay to temper it before making ceramic ware. It has a high percentage of silica and alumina. It is normally available as a powder or chippings, and is an important ingredient in Coade stone. Production It can be produced by firing selected fire clays to high temperature before grinding and screening to specific particle sizes. Another method makes it from pitchers. The particle size distribution is generally coarser in size than the other raw materials used to prepare clay bodies. It tends to be porous and have low density.
