Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke is a South African rapper and controversial figure prominently known under the alias of Shebeshxt. He was born and bred in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo. He came to prominence prior to his breakthrough single "Ke Di Shxt Malume" after it went viral on a video sharing platform TikTok and receiving positive comments from the likes of Focalistic. In 2023, the rapper signed a major deal with Italian prominent company Lamborghini wines by Lamborghini, shortly after he appeared on '' Podcast and Chill with MacG'' and made history by becoming the first guest to ever surpass 1 million views in 2 days with no record label, no television play nor radio play. "Twerka" is a single by a pair of South African DJs and record producers DJ Maphorisa and Xduppy, and rapper Shebeshxt released on 18 December 2023 through New Money Records under exclusive license from Sony Music Entertainment Africa. Despite amassing 14,000 streams a day prior to its release it received critical reviews from the public labeling the song as an epic fail. DJ Maphorisa took to Instagram to inform fans that the song is out, however the public wasn't pleased with the final project as they negatively commented on the producer's post leading DJ Maphorisa to retaliate. Lebowakgomo
Lebowakgomo is the seat of the Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality and was the capital of the former Bantustan of Lebowa. Lebowakgomo lies southeast of the Limpopo capital of Polokwane. The majority of Lebowakgomo's inhabitants speak SePedi. History The township was established in the early 1970s to become the capital of Lebowa, and was enlarged and developed in the 1980s. The name is derived from two Northern Sotho words ''Lebowa'' ("north") and ''Kgomo'' ("cow"). The land where Lebowakgomo is located was donated to the former Lebowa Government by Chief Mmutle Mphahlele of the ''Bakgaga ba gaMphahlele''. Sotho People
The Sotho (), also known as the Basotho (), are a Sotho-Tswana peoples, Sotho-Tswana ethnic group indigenous to Southern Africa. Amapiano Musicians
Amapiano is a genre of music from South Africa that became popular in mid-2012 with an earlier regular occurrence on South African radio stations in the early 2000s. It is a hybrid of kwaito, deep house, gqom, jazz, soul, and lounge music characterized by synths and wide, percussive basslines. The word "amapiano" derives from the IsiZulu word for "pianos". The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is the agency of the South African Government responsible for state prosecutions.
