''Venom'' is a 2018 American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel and Tencent Pictures, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. The Klyntar (colloquial: symbiotes) are a fictional species of extraterrestrial life, extraterrestrial Symbiosis, symbiotes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with Spider-Man.
