Zwolle () is a city and municipality in the Northeastern Netherlands. It is the capital of the province of Overijssel and the province's second-largest municipality after Enschede with a population of 130,592 as of 1 December 2021. Wijhe '92
Wijhe () is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is located in the municipality of Olst-Wijhe and is situated about 12 km south of Zwolle on the banks of the river IJssel. Wijhe was a separate municipality until 2001, when it merged with Olst. History & Sights The first written record of Wijhe dates from the year 960 as "Wie." The village has a church built in the late-Gothic style, parts of which date from the 13th and 14th century. The windmill in the centre is still in working order. It was built in 1703 and is the oldest eight square mill in the province. To the north of Wijhe lies the hamlet of Herxen with a riverside nature reserve. Wijhe has three estates: Hengevoorde containing a manor house, Het Nijenhuis with a castle and De Gelder. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end.
