Shara Venegas
Shara Venegas (born September 18, 1992) is a Puerto Rican volleyball player. She is a member of the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team and played for Criollas de Caguas in 2014. Venegas made her debut with the national team at the 2009 Women's NORCECA Volleyball Championship that was held in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She was part of the Puerto Rican National Team at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Italy. Toa Baja, Puerto Rico
Toa Baja (, ) is a town and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the northern coast, north of Toa Alta and Bayamón; east of Dorado; and west of Cataño. Toa Baja is spread over five barrios, including Toa Baja Pueblo (the downtown area and the administrative center of the city). Toa Baja is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area. Toa Baja is located fifteen minutes by car from San Juan and two hours from Ponce. History The region of what is now Toa Baja belonged to the Taíno region of Toa and Bayamón, which was located on the north coast of Puerto Rico. The regions were led by cacique Aramana and Majagua respectively. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball.
