''Shapath'' () is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language action film directed and produced by Rajiv Babbar, it stars Mithun Chakraborty, Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishna, and Vineetha in lead roles. The film was a Blockbuster at the box office. Plot Policeman Arjun, who saved the life of the Home Minister, is appointed chief of security. But because of his mistake, the bandits kill the minister. To take revenge on the killers, Arjun infiltrates the mafia, and the tough policeman Kishan is hired to help him.
