The Oklahoma House of Representatives is the lower house of the legislature of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Its members introduce and vote on bills and resolutions, provide legislative oversight for state agencies, and help to craft the state's budget. Early life Bennett was born on August 13, 1989, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to Kevin and Cindy Bennett. He graduated from Bartlesville High School in 2008 and enrolled at the University of Oklahoma. Rebecca Hamilton (born January 8, 1948) is a former politician in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Hamilton served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1981 to 1986 and again in 2003 until 2015.
