The House of Representatives of the People, or Da Afghanistan Wolesi Jirga (), was the lower house of the bicameralism, bicameral National Assembly (Afghanistan), National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, alongside the upper House of Elders (Afghanistan), House of Elders. Herat ( Dari: هرات) is one of the thirty-four provinces of Afghanistan, located in the western part of the country.
