Shafqat Amanat Ali
Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan ( ur, ; ; born 26 February 1965) is a Pakistani pop and classical singer, songwriter, and composer belonging to the Patiala Gharana tradition of music. He was the lead vocalist of the Pakistani pop rock band Fuzön until 2006 and is a prominent playback singer in the Indian film industry. The youngest son of noted classical vocalist Ustad Amanat Ali Khan, Ali started his musical training at the age of four under the tutelage of his uncle, Ustad Bade Fateh Ali Khan, who was widely regarded as the foremost exponent of Hindustani classical music in Pakistan. Ali rose to prominence in both India and Pakistan with the lead single "Aankhon Ke Saagar" and the song "Khamaj" (also known as "Mora Saiyaan") from Fuzön's debut album, '' Saagar'' (2002). Shafqat Cheema is a Pakistani actor and producer. With his career of more than three decades, he is known for playing villain roles and is dubbed as "Pakistan’s favorite villain". Early life Shafqat graduated from the Jamia Naeemia religious school in 1974. He is the son of an Aalim (scholar), and is a Hafiz and Qari of the Quran. Shafqat Rana ( Punjabi, ur, , born August 10, 1943) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played in five Tests from 1964 to 1969. Shafqat Rana was a right-handed batsman, strong on the drive and cut, who played five Tests in six years. He made his highest Test score of 95 in the Second Test against New Zealand in 1969, which was also Pakistan's highest score in the three-Test series. He also made 65 in the Third Test. He made his first-class debut in 1959-60, and toured England with the Pakistan Eaglets in 1963. He toured Australia and New Zealand with the Pakistan team in 1964-65, scoring 182 runs at 18.20 and not playing in any of the Tests. He later toured England in 1971, scoring 228 runs at 17.53, also without playing a Test. He played his last first-class match in 1978-79.
