Initially founded in 2013 as Xi'an Huilong Football Club and later known as Binzhou Huilong Football Club and Shaanxi Chang'an Union Football Club, Shaanxi Union is the Phoenix club (sports), phoenix club of Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic F.C., Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic, which dissolved in 2023. The Chinese Football Association Division Two League (Simplified Chinese: 中国足球协会乙级联赛), or China League Two, is the third tier league of the People's Republic of China. The league is under the auspices of the Chinese Football Association. Above the League Two is the premier league - the Chinese Super League and the League One. Pang Zhiquan (; born 16 August 1990) is a Chinese professional footballer who plays as a striker for club Shaanxi Union. Club career Pang Zhiquan started his professional football career in 2009 when he joined Qingdao Jonoon for the 2009 Chinese Super League campaign.
