Severynivka, Odesa Oblast
Severynivka (, ) is a village in the Ivanivka settlement hromada, Berezivka Raion, Odesa Oblast, in southern Ukraine Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe. An oblast (, ; ), sometimes translated as region or province, is the main type of first-level administrative divisions of Ukraine, administrative division of Ukraine. A raion (; ), often translated as district, is the second-level Administrative divisions of Ukraine, administrative division in Ukraine. Raions were created in a 1922 administrative reform of the Soviet Union, to which Ukraine, as the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, belonged. Berezivka Raion () is a raion (district) in Odesa Oblast of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Berezivka. Population: On 18 July 2020, as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, the number of raions of Odesa Oblast was reduced to seven, and the area of Berezivka Raion was significantly expanded. In Ukraine, a hromada () is the main type of municipality and the third level Administrative divisions of Ukraine, local self-government in Ukraine. The current hromadas were established by the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine, Government of Ukraine on 12 June 2020. A municipality is designated ''urban hromada'' if its administration is located in a city; ''settlement hromada'' if it is located in a settlement (''selyshche''), and ''rural hromada'' if it is located in a village (Village#Ukraine, ''selo'') or a ''selyshche''. Seweryn Potocki
Seweryn Potocki of the Pilawa coat of arms (born 1762 in Kuryłówka, died September 16, 1829) was a Polish envoy and senator, later privy councilor, and member of the State Council of the Russian Empire, curator of the University of Kharkiv, Freemason, and a Knight of Malta since 1811. He was the son of Józef Potocki, Starost of Leżajsk, and Anna Teresa née Ossolińska, brother of Jan, a writer and traveler, and father of Leon, a diplomat, as well as four daughters, including Wanda, a social and charitable activist. In 1786, he married Anna Teofila Sapieżanka, the daughter of Aleksander Michał Sapieha. He was a patriotic activist during the Great Sejm period, an envoy of the Bracław Voivodeship to the Four-Year Sejm in 1788. He did not join the Targowica Confederation.
