Sergei Tkachev
Sergei Anatolyevich Tkachyov (; born 19 May 1989) is a Russian professional footballer who plays as a right midfielder or attacking midfielder for Arsenal Tula. Club career On 11 January 2016, Tkachyov signed a four-year contract with CSKA Moscow. On 2 July 2018, Tkachyov returned to FC Arsenal Tula on a season-long loan deal. Tkachyov scored five goals in 25 Russian Premier League matches during the 2018–19 season. On 27 June 2019, he moved to Arsenal on a permanent basis, signing a 2-year contract. Boguchar () is a town and the administrative center of Bogucharsky District in Voronezh Oblast, Russia, located on the Boguchar River (a tributary of the Don River), south of Voronezh, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: History Isaac Massa's map of Southern Russia printed in 1638 indicates a settlement near the confluence of the Boguchar River with Don called ''Bogunar'' (an apparent misspelling caused by the similarity of Cyrillic letters '' ч'' (ch) and '' н'' (n)). The Russian Premier League (RPL; , ''Rossiyskaya premyer-liga''; РПЛ), also written as Russian Premier Liga, is a professional association football league in Russia and the highest level of the Russian football league system. It was established at the end of 2001 as the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL; ; РФПЛ) and was rebranded with its current name in 2018. Russian Football National League
The Russian First League (, Pervaya liga), formerly called Russian First Division () and Russian Football National League (FNL) () is the second level of the Russian football league system. The Russian Professional Football League (PFL) used to run the division. Since 2011, it has been managed by the Football National League. The league consists of 18 clubs. After each season the two top clubs are promoted to the Premier League, and the bottom three clubs are relegated to the Second League. The 2010–11 Ukrainian Premier League season was the 20th since its establishment and third since its reorganization. Shakhtar Donetsk were the defending champions, having won their 5th league title. A total of sixteen teams participated in the competition, fourteen of them contested the 2009–10 season while the remaining two were promoted from the Ukrainian First League. The season started on 12 March 2010 and the last matches were played on 29 November 2010.
