Seoul United
Seoul Nowon United Football Club () (known as Seoul United FC until 2018) is a South Korean semi-professional football club based in Nowon District, Seoul. It is a founding member of the K3 League. It last competeted in the fourth tier of the Korea Republic football league system, South Korean football league system, the 2024 season of the K4 League, and is currently serving a one season suspension. They will rejoin the league in 2026. History Founding In 2001, following the Decentralization policy in K League, K League's decision to relocate the then-capital clubs to other cities, there was a desire to bring professional football back to the city of Seoul. Following the 2002 Korea/Japan World Cup, Seoul's Seoul World Cup Stadium, World Cup Stadium stood empty, except for the occasional international match. Lee Chang-hwan (; born 16 March 1982) is a professional archer from South Korea. He competed in Archery at the 2006 Asian Games and won a gold medal with the men's team consisting of himself, Im Dong-hyun, Jang Yong-ho and Park Kyung-mo. 2008 Summer Olympics At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing Lee finished his ranking round with a total of 669 points, ten points behind leader Juan René Serrano. Jeong Shung-hoon (; born 4 July 1979) is a South Korean footballer who most recently played for Bucheon FC as striker. He has also represented South Korea national football team. Career He started his career at Ulsan Hyundai Horang-i in 2002. He was a promising striker and was selected for the South Korean national team for the 2001 Universiade game, but didn't play very well. He said in an interview that "I was under stress that I had to play well to make something impressive, so I think it is the main reason I couldn't make many goals or contributions to team." Daegu FC
Daegu FC () is a South Korean professional football club based in Daegu. The club was founded as a community club at the end of 2002, and made their K League 1 debut in 2003. Daegu has played mostly in the K League 1 but was relegated at the end of the 2013 season to the K League 2. They were promoted back to the top tier for the 2017 season and went on to win the 2018 Korean FA Cup, which qualified them for the 2019 AFC Champions League. The club's best season in K League 1 was in 2021, when they finished third out of twelve teams and were also runners-up in the Korean FA Cup.
