Selladore Vijayakumar (born 29 July 1979) is a cricketer. He plays for Singapore national cricket team. He is a right-arm off break bowler. Vijayakumar had played for the Singapore team in the 2014 ICC World Cricket League Division Three. In this tournament Vijayakumar took 4/43 runs against United States national cricket team and 4/38 runs against Bermuda national cricket team. He also made his best bowling figures against Oman national cricket team with 4/20 runs at Al Dhaid on 27 January 2015. In August 2018, he was named in Singapore's squad for the 2018 Asia Cup Qualifier tournament. In July 2019, he was named in Singapore's Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the Regional Finals of the 2018–19 ICC T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier tournament. Throwing, commonly referred to as chucking, is an illegal bowling action in the sport of cricket. This occurs when a Bowler (cricket), bowler straightens the bowling arm when Delivery (cricket), delivering the ball. Throws are not allowed when a bowler bowls to a batsman. If the Umpire (cricket), umpire deems that the ball has been thrown, they will call a no-ball, which means the batsman cannot be given out from that delivery. After biomechanical testing showed that all bowlers flex their extended arms to some degree, rules were changed. Current regulations of the International Cricket Council (ICC) set a limit of 15 degrees of permissible straightening of the elbow joint for all bowlers in international cricket. Off Break Bowler
Off spin is a type of spin bowling in cricket. A bowler who uses this technique is called an off spinner. Off spinners bowl with their right-arm and a finger spin action. Their normal delivery is called an off break, which spins from left to right (from the bowler's perspective) when the ball bounces on the pitch. For a right-handed batsman, the ball breaks towards them from the off side, hence the name 'off break'.
