(born 22 September 1971) is a Japanese musician, composer and arranger. After making a name for himself working for Being Inc. in the 1990s, he has been signed to Giza Studio from 2000 until 2023. In 2004, Tokunaga formed the rock band doa (Japanese band), doa. After departure from the agency in 2023, he has become freelancer musician under independent company Floodlight. Biography Since college he worked as orchestrator, then start working as a bassist. For artists as Zard, Mai Kuraki, B'z and many others from Being Inc. Tokunaga provided for them music and arrangements, participate in the live support for more than 15 years. Tokunaga is working as a bassist with high technology. is the 6th single by Zard released on 27 January 1993 under B-Gram Records label. Background According to the song's composer Tetsurō Oda, Izumi Sakai was singing "strangely," but it proved to be good. The single reached #1 rank, the first time a Zard single had done so. It charted for 18 weeks and it sold over 1.64 million copies and became the highest-selling song for Zard. When she died, it was elected as the best song by Zard on the Oricon polls. It was a song that greatly appealed to the Japanese public. is the ninth album by Zard, released on February 15, 2001, by B-Gram Records. Background The album consists of five previously released singles between the years 1999 and 2000. It was released for the tenth anniversary of ZARD's debut. Two famous songs were remixed for anniversary celebration: "Makenaide" and "Yureru Omoi". On July 26, 2021, it was announced that all 11 of ZARD's studio albums would be re-released as part of its 30th anniversary campaign on September 15. Ten of them are being released as remastered editions, while the re-issue of ''Toki no Tsubasa'' is a re-arranged edition with all ten original songs remixed by Yumeto Tsurusawa.
