Sejm Constituency No. 19
Warsaw I (), officially known as Constituency no. 19 (), is one of the 41 constituencies of the Sejm, the lower house of the Parliament of Poland, the national legislature of Poland. The constituency was established as Constituency no. 1 () in 1991 following the re-organisation of constituencies across Poland. It was renamed Sejm Constituency no. 19 in 2001 following another nationwide re-organisation of constituencies. It is conterminous with the city of Warsaw. Electors living abroad or working aboard ships and oil rigs are included in this constituency. The constituency currently elects 20 of the 460 members of the Sejm using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. At the 2023 parliamentary election it had 1,993,723 registered electors. Constituencies Of The Sejm
Electoral districts of Poland (, ()) are defined by Polish law, Polish election law. Electoral districts can be divided depending on whether they are individual entities or parts of a larger electoral district with regard to elections to 1) parliament (Sejm) and Senate of Poland, Senate 2) local offices and 3) European Parliament. Each district has a number of Mandate (politics), mandates calculated on the basis of its population. The Greens ( ) is a political party in Poland. It was formed in 2003 under the name "Greens 2004" and formally registered itself in February 2004. Dorota Zofia Olko (born 13 January 1988) is a Polish politician, sociologist, and political activist. She is a member of left-wing Lewica Razem and has served as party spokesperson since 2016. Member of Sejm since 2023. Biography Olko was born in Siedlce, moved to Warsaw for university and stayed since. New Hope (Poland)
The New Hope ( , NN) is a right-wing to far-right political party in Poland and member of Confederation. As of 2024, it is led by Sławomir Mentzen. Sławomir Jerzy Mentzen (; born 20 November 1986) is a Polish politician, entrepreneur and tax advisor. He placed third in the 2025 Polish presidential election. Bożenna Urszula Hołownia (born 27 July 1953) is a geographer, hydrologist, computer scientist, and politician.
