Seeded Breadfruit
''Artocarpus camansi'', the breadnut, is a species of medium-sized tree in the family Moraceae. The wild ancestor of '' A. altilis'' (breadfruit), it is also known as seeded breadfruit to distinguish it from its mostly seedless descendant. The breadnut is native to New Guinea, the Maluku Islands, and the Philippines. Both the fruit and seeds are edible after cooking. Description The morphology of the breadnut is a tree up to tall with leaves long and wide and are pinnately lobed. The plant is monoecious and the male and female flowers occur at the tips of branches. Each male flower has two anthers, and is club-shaped. Thousands of individual male flowers are grouped together in an inflorescence measuring in diameter and long. The fruit is globular, weighing and are long by wide with a yellow-green color and each mature tree can produce 600–800 fruits per year. Calamansi
Calamansi (''Citrus'' × ''microcarpa''), also known as calamondin, Philippine lime, or Philippine lemon, is a citrus hybrid cultivated predominantly in the Philippines. It is native to the Philippines, parts of Indonesia (Borneo, Sumatra, and Sulawesi), Malaysia, and Brunei, as well as Taiwan, and parts of southern China. Calamansi is ubiquitous in traditional Philippine cuisine. It is naturally very sour, and is used in various condiments, beverages, dishes, marinades, and preserves. ''Artocarpus'' is a genus of approximately 60 trees and shrubs of Southeast Asian and Pacific origin, belonging to the mulberry family, Moraceae. Curry
Curry is a dish with a sauce or gravy seasoned with spices, mainly derived from the interchange of Indian cuisine with European taste in food, starting with the Portuguese, followed by the Dutch and British, and then thoroughly internationalised. Coconut milk is a plant milk extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts. The opacity and rich taste of the milky-white liquid are due to its high oil content, most of which is saturated fat.
