Sedrick Demon Curry (born November 23, 1976) is a former American football defensive back who played two seasons with the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Texas A&M University and attended Sterling High School in Houston, Texas. Before playing for the BC Lions, he was a member of the Birmingham Thunderbolts The Birmingham Thunderbolts were a short-lived springtime American football team based in Birmingham, Alabama. In gridiron football, defensive backs (DBs), also called the secondary, are the players on the defensive side of the ball who play farthest back from the line of scrimmage. They are distinguished from the other two sets of defensive players, the defensive linemen who play directly on the line of scrimmage, and the linebackers, who play in the middle of the defense, between the defensive line and the defensive backs. The XFL was a professional American football league that played its only season in 2001. The XFL was operated as a joint venture between the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and NBC.
