Section 8 Chicago
Section 8 Chicago is the independent supporters' association for the Chicago Fire. The organization encompasses a number of affiliated supporters groups, as well as independent fans. The vision of the ISA is "to unite all Chicago Fire fans, to create a dominant in-stadium force unseen in American sports, and to establish home-field advantage whenever the Fire play". Most groups associated with Section 8 Chicago occupy an area in the stadium known as "Section 8" – named after its original location at Soldier Field. With the Fire now playing at the renovated Soldier Field, "Section 8" consists of sections 121 to 124 in the South End of the stadium. Fire fans are well known for their non-stop chanting, colorful displays, and passionate support of the club, demonstrating a spirit akin to that shown in countries with a more established soccer tradition. A supporters' group or supporters' club is an independent fan club or campaign group in sport, mostly association football. Supporters' groups in continental Europe are generally known as ultras, which derives from the Latin word ultrā, meaning ''beyond'' in English, with the implication that their enthusiasm is 'beyond' the normal. Dominic Oduro
Dominic Oduro (born 13 August 1985) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a forward. Early career and education Oduro started his playing career in Ghana, playing for both Prempeh College and the University of Ghana before transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. He appeared in 41 matches for VCU, scoring 18 goals and earning five assists, and being honoured with the 2004 Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year award and a Third Team All-American spot. Oduro helped the Rams reach the quarterfinals of the 2004 NCAA Tournament, VCU's highest ever appearance. Fußball-Club St Pauli von 1910 e.V., commonly known as simply FC St Pauli (), is a German professional football club based in the St. Pauli district of Hamburg, that competes in the 2. Bundesliga. Tailgate Party
A tailgate party is a social event held on and around the open tailgate of a vehicle. Tailgating, which primarily takes place in the United States and Canada, often involves consuming alcoholic beverages while barbecuing and grilling food. Lovel Palmer (born 30 August 1984 in Mandeville) is a Jamaican footballer who currently plays as a defender and midfielder for the Des Moines Menace in the Premier Development League. Career Youth Palmer began his career with the St. Elizabeth Technical High School football team in his native Jamaica, and in 1995 joined Essex Valley FC.
