"Secrets" is a 1996 song by British R&B girl group Eternal. It was written by songwriter Debra Killings, and was the fifth and final single from their second album, '' Power of a Woman''. Eternal (group)
Eternal were a British R&B girl group formed in 1992, with the line-up consisting of Easther Bennett and her older sister Vernie Bennett, with Kéllé Bryan and her friend and classmate Louise Redknapp, who were also recruited into the group by the label. The group became an international success, selling around 10 million records worldwide. Louise Redknapp left the group before the release of their second album to focus on her solo career with the same label. Kéllé Bryan left the group under undisclosed circumstances in 1998. Sisters Easther Bennett and Vernie Bennett were the only members left when they disbanded in 2000. Eternal made a brief comeback in 2013, with Kéllé Bryan returning to the group, only for the group to disband once again in 2014. ''Power of a Woman'' is the second studio album by the British R&B vocal group Eternal, released in October 1995. It was the band's first album without former member Louise who left the group to pursue a solo career. Debra Killings (born July 7, 1966) is an American singer and bass guitarist, notable for extensive session and background vocal work for LaFace Records and Rowdy Records-based artists such as TLC, Monica, and OutKast. Killings appears on the majority of the recordings in TLC's catalogue, singing background vocals. She also appears on Monica's first two albums (''Miss Thang'' and '' The Boy is Mine''), and has performed both background vocals and bass guitar on several OutKast albums, including ''ATLiens'' and ''Aquemini''.
