Second Hamdallah Government
The Palestinian governments of 2013 were two Palestinian governments established respectively on 6 June and 19 September 2013. They ruled ''de facto'' over the West Bank only. The Palestinian government of June 2013 was led by Rami Hamdallah, appointed by President of the State of Palestine, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas by presidential decree on 6 June 2013 in Ramallah, the West Bank. The cabinet comprised 24 members, and was not presented for approval by the Palestinian Legislative Council. Two weeks later, Hamdallah resigned in protest at the appointment of two deputy prime ministers for political and economic affairs. Hamdallah later backtracked from his resignation and on 19 September 2013, the cabinet was sworn in for the second time, without any changes. The Hamdallah government succeeded the successive governments of Salam Fayyad, who had resigned as a consequence of the 2011–12 Palestinian protests, 2011–2012 anti-corruption protests. Rami Hamdallah
Rami Hamdallah (; born 10 August 1958) is a Palestinian politician and academic. He served as Prime Minister of the State of Palestine from 2013 to 2019 and was previously the president of An-Najah National University in Nablus from 1998 to 2013. On 2 June 2013, the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas named him to succeed Salam Fayyad as prime minister. His appointment was not recognized by Hamas, who were not consulted in the decision. He is a member of Fatah; however, the BBC states that he is a political independent. On 20 June 2013, Hamdallah tendered his resignation, which Abbas accepted on 23 June. Six weeks after that, Abbas asked Hamdallah to form a new government, which he did on 19 September 2013. Riyad Al-Malki
Riyad al-Maliki (; born 31 May 1955) is a Palestinian politician and former minister of information, government spokesperson, and minister of foreign affairs of the Palestinian National Authority in its 13th government. He also resumed office as foreign affairs minister from the 14th to the 18th government. Hussein al-Sheikh (; born 1960) is a Palestinian politician who has served as the first Vice President of Palestine since 26 April 2025. He has also served as the secretary general of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization since 2022. Adnan Al-Husseini

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the Palestinian National Authority is the branch of the Palestinian government in charge of managing the education in Palestine. A former Palestinian government minister, he currently serves as Secretary-General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front (PPSF) and is a senior member of the PLO Executive Committee which is considered the highest political level in Palestine. The Minister of Finance () is the head of the Government of Palestine's branch that is in charge of finance. The minister deals with launching audits, collecting tax from Palestinian businesses and overseeing financial aid directed to the Palestinian National Authority.
