Seb Nagle-Taylor
Sebastian "Seb" Nagle-Taylor (born 16 September 1994) is an English professional rugby player who plays as a Number eight for Doncaster Knights. Club career Born in Winchester, Nagle-Taylor spent his childhood in Hong Kong, starting to play rugby aged nine in the Valley RFC academy. In 2007, he went back to England in Sussex, joining Eastbourne College in Gonville House. There he ended up captaining both XV and the 7s team, following the steps of rugby players such as Hugo Southwell or Will Green. From 2012 to 2015 he did a degree in history at the University College London, starting his club career in the meantime. Sebastian first signed for the National League 1 side Rosslyn Park, but actually making his debut on loan in Barking. He had previous experience in the RFU Championship with Bedford Blues, Ealing Trailfinders and Jersey Reds. Gloucester Rugby are a professional rugby union club based in the West Country city of Gloucester, England. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby. The club was formed in 1873 and since 1891 has played its home matches at Kingsholm Stadium in the north of the city. 2024–25 RFU Championship
The 2024–25 RFU Championship was the sixteenth season of the RFU Championship, the professional second tier of rugby union in England. It featured twelve English teams. Ealing Trailfinders were the reigning champions, having been refused promotion to the Premiership due to failing to meet minimum standards. Ealing Trailfinders finished as champions on 17 May following a decisive victory away to Caldy, giving them the title with two games still left to play. Despite winning their second RFU Championship title in a row (and third overall) the minimum standards ruling meant that once again they were ineligible for promotion. Cambridge finished bottom but due to the Championship increasing from 12 to 14 teams for the following season, there was no relegation. Premiership Rugby, officially known as Gallagher Premiership Rugby, or the Gallagher Premiership for sponsorship reasons, is an English professional rugby union competition, consisting of 10 clubs, and is the top division of the English rugby union system. Premiership clubs qualify for Europe's two main club competitions, the European Rugby Champions Cup and the European Rugby Challenge Cup. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club is an English professional rugby union club based in West London. The club's first team are the reigning RFU Championship champions of 2024–25 but were considered ineligible for promotion to Premiership Rugby as their home ground's capacity is too small. The RFU Championship is an English rugby union competition comprising twelve clubs. It is the second level of men's English rugby and is played by both professional and semi-professional players. National League 1
National One, up until 2023 known as National League 1 and previously known before September 2009 as National Division Two), is the third of three national leagues in the domestic rugby union competition of England. It was known as Courage League National Division Three when founded in 1987. Richmond R.F.C., Richmond are the current champions. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) approved a new structure for the National Leagues from the 2022–23 season. This division was reduced to fourteen teams, playing each other on a home and away basis to make a total of 26 matches each. Will Green (rugby Union)
William Robert Green (born 25 October 1973 in Littlehampton) is a retired rugby union footballer who played at prop for Wasps and Leinster. Club career Green began his career at Wasps, making his debut in 1995 and remained there until 2005. Whilst at Wasps he won the Heineken Cup in 2004, the Challenge Cup in 2003 and the domestic Anglo-Welsh Cup (currently known as the LV Cup) in 1999 and 2000. He was also part of the Wasps team which won the Premiership in 1996/97 and a further hat-trick of Premiership titles in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Hugo Southwell
Hugo Finlay Grant Southwell (born 14 May 1980 in London) is a retired Scottish rugby union footballer. He played as a fullback, centre and wing. Career He played for London Wasps as well as Stade Français, Edinburgh, Worcester Warriors and Bristol Rugby during his career. He qualified for Scotland through a maternal grandfather from Falkirk. Southwell made his Scotland debut as a replacement in 2004 against Samoa in New Zealand. He made a try-scoring debut at Murrayfield as he crossed the line against Australia in the opening match of the 2004 Autumn tests which was the first of his eight international tries.
