Seb Buddle
Sebastian "Seb" Robert Buddle (; born 27 July 1999) is a Hong Kong professional footballer of English descent who currently plays as a forward for Hong Kong Premier League club Kitchee. Club career On 12 July 2016, Kitchee announced that they had signed Buddle and three others to a professional contract. On 24 July 2018, following a preseason friendly, Hoi King confirmed that they had acquired Buddle on loan. On 23 October 2019, Buddle scored his first professional goal against Lee Man during a Sapling Cup match. On 15 October 2021, Buddle joined HK U23 on loan and played his first game for the club in a Sapling Cup group stage match against HKFC in which his side won 2–1. 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualification
The 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualification was an international men's under-23 football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup. A total of 16 teams qualified to play in the final tournament, including Uzbekistan who qualified automatically as hosts country. Due to non-compliance to doping regulations, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) banned Indonesia and Thailand from using their national flags in competitions, except during the Olympics. It was reported that Indonesia prepared the flag of its federation, in the event its team was barred from using the national flag. Draw Out of the 47 AFC member associations, a total of 42 teams entered the competition. The final tournament hosts Uzbekistan decided to participate in qualification. Hong Kong FA Cup () is a knockout cup competition in Hong Kong football, run by and named after The Hong Kong Football Association. The first edition of the competition was held in 1975, before then the cup was known as the Golden Jubilee Cup. The current season is the 45th edition of the event. 14 different teams have won the cup with 10-time champions South China being the most successful. In the first three years, the semi-finals and the finals were two-legged events. If the aggregate result was drawn, there would be extra time after the second leg. The Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield (), known commonly as the Senior Shield, is the football knockout inter-club competition held in Hong Kong and the fourth oldest football tournament in Asia. Traditionally, only the teams in the Hong Kong Premier League are entered into the competition. However, on occasion teams in lower divisions, usually the champions of the Junior Shield, are invited in order to increase the number of participating teams.
